You all are some of the most driven and creative designers we have had the chance to work with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to persist.”

Given your hard work and versatility, particularly over the past twelve months, you continue to prove that.

The player input from last autumn’s the game testing phase was revealing. It validated the potential of a roguelike shooter but indicated we still had refinements needed. It revealed the need for a more distinct identity.

The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve come. You took the input to mind and reimagined Project ETHOS with a refreshed direction - one that’s ready to deliver on its ambition to our audience.

The trust in this project increases every day. To boost the outstanding advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to announce the new hire as the new Studio Head of 31st Union. After several months of conversations, Ben officially joins us on the specified date.

His guidance and experience in the competitive gaming field is vast, having devoted the past decade and a half developing and leading some of the most popular franchises in gaming, such as the acclaimed shooter, and most recently, Apex Legends.
