Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the images.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
